Bismillah Answer: because they still carry the curse of Muawiya. What curse of Muawiya? He corrupted Islam, removed free elections, made ruling kingship and made jihad for invasion to expand the kings empire instead of for removing oppression and giving humanity their freedom. Also another part of his curse is blind obedience to the ruler and blind obedience and worship to the ruler's corrupt scholars. As a result Muslims have been transformed into obedient sheep who cannot and are not allowed to think. And anyone who does gets branded as a heretic This curse of Muawiya, HT carry because they don't expose him to the masses as an enemy of Islam. But hope that by being quiet about this matter that they will achieve their Khilafah state and unify the muslims into one nation. Bismillah arRahman arRahim Very strange and also deep the punishment that i think Allah is inflicting on the Muslims. From one angle the West are attacking invading their land and taking their resources and from another angle the West are setting up groups like Isis that terrorize Muslims mainly and then the blame for Isis is put on those same Muslims. Double pronged punishment. It means i think that Allah is very unhappy with the state of the Muslims today. And that severe worldly punishment has become what is needed to wake them up i think. This is my analysis. Anyone agree/ disagree?

How many Muslims have been deceived by many sheikhs ( especially government paid ones): The sheikhs tell them that Allah is not very good and many Muslims believe them. But they tell them this indirectly so that they don't fully realize.

Why are we here? Because Allah/Creator Spirit wants us to go on intellectual journeys. Mind travel. Where we ask the big questions and try to answer them. Intellectual travelers. I think this is the essence of religion/spirituality. But has been corrupted. Mind travel means we travel with the word. The word becomes our vehicle of travel. I think this makes such travelers more aware of what they say. Higher consciousness. A great gift.

Someone asked me to tell them my understanding of why we are here. This is what i said. Comments welcome. "Ok here goes. This is my view: 1- i believe it's very important to ask why we are all here in this planet. Why? Because otherwise it means we are lost. We don't know if what we are doing is the right thing. It may be the wrong thing. Or a mixture. So to find out what the right thing is we need to embark on a journey of discovery and exploration. This journey may take a very long time. And we may not really know at the end. But i believe it's still important to try. Why? Because i believe it's the right thing to do and we may actually discover the answer. So it's very interesting. Also if we look at history we find that some people did claim to have found the answer eg the prophets and others. Bismillah If you read a book eg about tawhid, and you think that everything the book says is true and then start challenging every Muslim you see to show them that they have shirk and should repent, and if not then they deserve hell. This is what Wahabism looks like. Ignorance coupled with supreme arrogance. What is the correct position on things? When we read any book written by a human we need to realize that the author is just giving either his opinion or the opinions of the people he or she is quoting. At the end of the day they are opinions. If they quote a Hadith then assuming the Hadith is actually correct then the understanding of the Hadith may actually be faulty. Or that it may have exceptions to it. Same thing if verses of the quran are quoted. Doesn't mean that the understanding of the verse presented is complete or accurate, no matter how much they want it to be complete and accurate. If you are feeling the pain then i believe it's because you weren't vocal before. You weren't thinking about contributing positively in society. Instead just focussed on money making maybe and were afraid of controversy. So i believe that now Allah has sent you a message. You need to start using your mind and start thinking about why our situation is as it is? If you don't then expect the demonization etc to increase and expand.
