The problem with the caliphate of Hizb ut tahrir

The problem with the caliphate of Hizb ut tahrir is that it is sectarian. ie only for sunna. Or only based on sunni thought. So there is no unity amongst the Muslims. Yet they call for Muslim unity. This is one of their flaws i think. Plus they assume the non muslims in the state they want to make Islamic will just accept everything they do and have no say on the leadership or the system of rule. Very naive. This makes their approach unrealistic i think. Arab spring proves this i believe.
